Health & Fitness Fair

Date: Saturday, June 5, 2010

Time: 10 am  - 2 pm

Location: Town & Country Shopping Center

The focus of this annual event is to help participants lead a healthier lifestyle. Demonstrations are given and booths are available with information on proper nutrition, exercise programs and preventative healthcare. Health screenings are available to the public including glaucoma, osteoporosis, blood pressure and cholesterol.
